Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre candidate to join them.
Support Management in developing and implementing strategic goals and business plans of various channels under retail distribution across Asia. Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks & prepare business management reports and presentations for management. Work closely with local sales teams across Asia and cross-functional teams, primary responsibilities include supporting Asia retail sales incentive plan administration and enhancing its governance and effectiveness. Work closely with sales teams as well as HR, Rewards, Finance and Risk to ensure alignment of policies based on regional framework and proper administration across markets. Maintain up-to-date policies approval records, distribution agreements and trailer fee rates across Asia. Compute and validate incentives for specific channels & markets as assigned. Report sales campaign results and provide analytical insights. Support regular review and revamp of sales incentive & compensation schemes as assigned.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder in with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the financial industry with asset management exposure as well as strong data analysis or management reporting experience together with excellent PC skills (including excel and Powerpoint).
