To join the Institutional Distribution team, focusing on the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets targets a diverse range of segments, including central banks & sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, endowments & foundations, family offices and other investors. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of investment products, strong analytical capabilities, and some established relationships in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, coupled with a proven track record of success in institutional sales and business development.


Work closely with senior members of the sales team to identify and capitalize on client opportunities while gaining insights into the market landscape. Enhancing relationships with existing clients and proactively seeking new prospects. Play a key role in servicing existing clients as well as cross-selling activities. Handle requests from prospects, clients and consultants. Prepare customized deliverables to address specific questions. Conducts and develops market and product research in support of the business planning process. Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to elevate brand presence and generate business prospects. Host Asian institutional clients and prospects when visiting Hong Kong offices. Coordinate the preparations of the meeting materials and presentations. Liaises with investment professionals to ensure client meeting objectives are met.

To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, specifically working with institutional investors, demonstrating a successful track record in business development in the respective markets. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin). Solid foundation of investment knowledge across different asset classes, understanding of world investment markets and associated products across the increasingly broad spectrum of investment strategy available to institutional clients. Knowledge and experience of institutional clients in relevant markets in the region, in particular Hong Kong and Taiwan. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
