Our client is a well-established family office with a proven track record in commercial value-add investments. With the growth of the organization, our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join them due to expansion.
Report to the Chief Strategy Officer, experienced in in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence (DD), and process management, contributing to strategic initiatives within the organization. During the project phase, you may spend up to 70% of your time in the PRC office as needed.
- Manage key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate with external advisors (legal, tax, financial) to navigate complex transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, overseeing execution to meet key milestones efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Implement process management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or transaction advisory. Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role, demonstrating strong process optimization skills. Experience in tax consulting within a Big Four firm is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
