CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING DIRECTOR

Our client is a well-established financial organization with a proven track record in value-add investments. With the growth of the organization, our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join them due to expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate brand and market positioning initiatives, including major industry events and multi-channel content development to articulate the company’s strategic roadmap
- Support business development through targeted roadshows, thematic events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Oversee media strategy and external communications, including press engagement and spokesperson responsibilities during key milestones
- Oversee digital platforms and corporate communications to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging
- Communicate and liaise with regulators, market participants, industry associations, and international partners to drive effective corporate messaging and the smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality outcomes with effective performance monitoring
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or business development, preferably in regulated financial institutions or clearing and settlement systems
- Proven track record in brand building, high-impact marketing campaigns, and stakeholder management in regulated financial environment
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with excellent communication and presentation abilities
