Our client is an Immigration Consulting Company with a proven track record in providing their clients with the highest level of service. With the growth of the organization, our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join the company due to expansion.
As the Personal Assistant to the Founder, you will provide both personal and business support.
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative assistance and acting as a key liaison for internal and external communications.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, presentation materials, and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate trips by arranging travel logistics, visa applications, and compiling necessary documents.
- Assist and coordinate with internal and external parties on various business initiatives, fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain confidential information, prepare reports, and handle translations and correspondence as needed.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree / Diploma holder with a minimum of 8 years of experience in EA position. Proficient in the use of MS Office tools (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin; Cantonese language skills are a plus. Proactive and mature. Ability to work well under pressure.
