To supervise the data services team that responsible for the sourcing, analysis, integration, management and distribution of security, index and portfolio data. The team specialise in managing, integrating and validating vendor and company defined data associated with investment entities (securities, funds, portfolio and index data etc). The team responsible for investment entity set-up, detailed data analysis, and identify and resolve data issues. Manage varied projects & initiatives. Respond to research requests requiring assistance and problem resolution. Define and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing. Recommend process enhancements for the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all activities include data loading, quality checks, and reporting. Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality issues. Ensure the accurate and timely receipt of vendor data feeds into database. Respond to business questions on the timeliness and quality of the data received from vendors. Participate in projects & initiatives involving multiple business partners and provide subject matter expertise
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in data management and in financial industry. Exposure to Index Reference Data and experience working with Investment Market Data providers. Sound communications skills with supervisory experience.
