Methodology
For any given assignment, we may utilise any/ all of the three approaches as defined below:
Database Search
We will perform a comprehensive database search and identify individuals who appear suitable for the given assignment. All our candidates on the database have been interviewed at least once using the behavioral interview technique. For those individuals that appear suitable, we will perform a second session of interviews with questions designed specifically for the compatibility of the candidate to the clients' needs, culture and environment.
Targeted Search
We will perform a targeted search to proactively identify candidates that would be suitable for each assignment needs. Targeted candidates will also be interviewed and the identity of the company will not be released to potential candidates unless the candidate is suitable for the role.
Advertising Search
Upon prior agreement, we will advertise on behalf of our client and perform all the screenings. Aside from filtering the academic credential, we utilize a behavioral based interview technique in which we will assess the candidates' technical abilities, communication skills, leadership potential and personality in general.
